WORKSBUREAU is a highly acclaimed architecture firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. They have been recognized for their outstanding work both locally and internationally. Their expertise spans across various sectors, including commercial, cultural, multifamily and single-family residential, interior design, and urban planning projects.
Prior to working together, WORKSBUREAU created and managed social media content internally. They first came to me with the desire to improve their social media presence and to post on their Instagram on a more consistent basis. After discussing their existing strategies, goals for future engagement, and targeted audience, the initial social media management exercise transformed into a brand identity refresh. After working closely with the partners and marketing team to establish an updated brand identity, we extended their new vision to their social media channels. Through strategic and consistent content creation, we were happy to see that our efforts attracted a broader audience and increased engagement on Instagram.

Through utilizing a content planner to schedule upcoming content, the marketing team has the ability to preview all content before posting and make any changes directly, as needed. This streamlines the coordination process and enables us to discuss Instagram posts, reels, and stories all in one place. Monthly reports allow me to monitor, analyze, and report on Instagram performance using relevant metrics such as best performing posts, stories, or reels, number of new followers, and what followers found most engaging.
