Interior Design
The condo I called home in Austin, Texas was built in the 1940s. I designed an interior remodel that included a new kitchen layout, built-in millwork at the dining and living room, along with new storage and bath configurations.

Being constructed in the 1940s, the rooms were rather compact, posing a difficulty in space optimization. The incorporation of built-in millwork and a banquette in the dining area provided additional storage. The elimination of the dividing wall in the kitchen expanded the dining space, resulting in the room's overall spaciousness.
