While at Alterstudio Architecture, founder Liz Sydnor, AIA, served as project architect for this 11,000-square-foot home in Austin’s Highland Park. Situated along Island Cove with direct river access, the design includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a lap pool, two boat slips, and a courtyard-oriented cabana. The home is conceived as a private family retreat. In a later phase, the team collaborated with Olson Kundig on interior design.
