Custom Social Media Branding
Liz Sydnor, AIA, founder of Sydnor Design, created the Instagram account and branding for Woman Architect as a way to make good design more accessible. The account served as a platform to share design knowledge - from beautifully crafted goods and career resources in architecture and design fields to thoughtfully designed spaces both locally and beyond.
As she launched her own practice, the account naturally evolved into the Sydnor Design Instagram page. While the branding shifted, the content remained true to its original intent: to inform, inspire, and celebrate intentional design. The account is now @sydnordesign.
Bold, bright colors, typography, and minimal design were deliberately selected to reinforce Woman Architect’s primary objective — to exude an aura of approachability that resonates with both designers and non-designers. The intentional choice of vibrant hues and clean typography speaks to the brand's commitment to welcoming everyone into the world of design.
