What’s included in your brand identity packages?
All brand identity packages - Bronze, Silver, and Gold - include a brand questionnaire, a consultation meeting, custom logo design, a curated color palette, typography selection, and a comprehensive brand guide. Silver and Gold packages also include professionally designed collateral such as business cards, email signatures, letterheads, and more.
How do I know which package is right for me?
We recommend starting with a consultation to help us understand your goals, audience, and brand vision. From there, we can recommend the best-fit package based on the scope and level of support you're looking for.
Can you help with social media branding, too?
Yes! While social media branding is a separate service, we often integrate your new brand identity into customizable Instagram templates, cover images, and cohesive visuals across platforms. Let us know if you’d like to bundle services.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary based on the package and how quickly you provide feedback. On average, brand identity projects take 3-6 weeks from start to finish.
Will I receive files I can use on my own?
Absolutely. You'll receive high-resolution and web-ready files for logos and other brand assets, along with a PDF brand guide that outlines how to use your brand consistently.
Do you offer rebranding for existing businesses?
Yes. Whether you need a complete refresh or want to build upon your existing identity, we can create a cohesive brand that better aligns with your current goals and audience.
How much do your services cost?
Our fee for Custom Brand Identity is typically a fixed price, with optional add-ons such as marketing collateral, custom social media templates, and more. Pricing varies by package (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) depending on your needs.
Our Process

1 Initial Consultation
After you complete an initial Client Questionnaire, we’ll discuss your design goals, brand history, core values, and market positioning. We’ll also gather initial ideas and inspiration - the fun stuff!
For brand refreshes, we ask that you provide a PDF of existing brand elements that we’ll review together.

2 Research & Discover
We'll then analyze your competition and brands you admire to pinpoint design trends and opportunities. Gathering these insights help guide our creative direction!

3 Brand Strategy Development
At this stage, we develop a brand strategy that includes your brand’s mission, vision, and value proposition. We will create a brand personality and tone of voice that resonates with their target audience.

4 Concept Development
Now, we’ll develop initial design concepts including mood boards, sketches, and preliminary designs. During a 1-hour design meeting, we will present multiple concepts for your review and feedback.

5 Design Refinement
Based on your feedback, we will refine the chosen design concept, and will get into more detailed parts of the brand like color palettes, typography, and other design elements.

6 Collateral Design
We’ll then extend the brand design to materials such as business cards, letterheads, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral. We will ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all elements.
*Note: This is included in the Elite Package OR as an additional service to the Basic and Pro Packages.

7 Finalization & Delivery
We’ll have a final design meeting to secure approval on all design elements. We’ll then prepare all design files in required formats, and deliver a comprehensive brand guide detailing the effective use of your new brand identity.

8 Launch & Support
The exciting part - the launch! We provide support to implement your brand identity across all channels, and offer guidance and assistance for one month after delivering your brand files and brand guide to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. Additionally, we are available to provide any additional design services you may need!
